March 2, 2024 by Matthew

A rushing waterfall dives into a narrow cavern between jagged rock. A few trees have fallen into the path of the water and are just hanging on. Keeping present in a nature connection is key and this image helps the viewer focus on the dramatic scene.

We hold a treasure chest of internal programming that propels us to connect with the Natural World. May 25, 2022 by Matthew

Bright pink azalea blossoms bring life to a garden in Seattle. The delicate red pistols project out from the flowers and bright green foliage is blurred out in the background.

Seattle has been my home for over ten years, and in that time I’ve explored just about every corner of the Emerald City and areas around the Salish Sea. The pandemic offered me a gift of anchoring down and getting even more familiar with the open green spaces in our beautiful part of the world. I’ve always had a special connection to nature, but my mystic heart opened even … [Read more...] about Gardens in Seattle — the 18 best places to go into your own nature

I would like to acknowledge that much of my inspiration comes from living on the traditional land of the first people of Seattle, the Duwamish People past and present and honor with gratitude the land itself and the Duwamish Tribe.
