Description
What you’re booking
A two-hour private walk in Seattle’s Washington Park Arboretum. We go slowly — often less than a mile — and I guide you through three meditations that open the senses.
Most people arrive with one thing on their mind and leave having dealt with something else. That’s the nature of this work, and it’s why I don’t script it in advance.
What it costs
$375 for one person. Each additional guest is $75, up to five people total. Everyone walking needs to be included in the booking.
What happens after you register
Payment comes first, which matters more than it sounds — it’s the moment your intention gets made. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to message me, and we’ll settle the date, time, and meeting point together, along with anything you want me to know beforehand.
One thing to do now
Email me at [email protected] with three date and time options that could work for you, along with anything you’d like me to know beforehand — what’s going on, what you’re hoping for, or anything you’d rather I didn’t go near.
None of that is required. But the walks that go deepest usually start with a little context, and three options means we can settle the date in one exchange instead of five.
What to bring
Waterproof shoes and a waterproof outer layer with a hood — no umbrellas, since we’re looking up and around. Long pants, since we may sit or lie down. Warm layers in every season but summer; you’ll be moving slowly, so you’ll feel the cold sooner than you expect.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice by emailing me. Inside 24 hours I’m not able to reschedule or refund, since the time is held for you.
We walk in whatever weather the day brings — that’s part of it. If conditions are genuinely severe, we’ll agree on a new date.
A note
This work is complementary to licensed healing arts, not a substitute for them. I don’t diagnose or treat anything. If you’re in acute distress, please reach out to someone qualified — and come walk with me when you’re steadier.
